Sports Activities in World Healty Day

24th article of the UN Convention on the Rights of the Child clearly states that children have the right to the best health care possible. As a school on its way to Silver Award at Rights Respecting Journey, it’s our responsibility to help our children find a healthy path on their lives.

Football is one of the most physically demanding sports to play, and it’s a great way to help your children improve strength, accuracy, coordination and more. And the friendship built amongst a team of football players is unlike any other sport due to the high volume of teammates. You can see the pictures and videos taken in friendly football matches held during the World Health day.

And zumba.. As a dance-based form of fitness, zumba acts as a full-body workout, engaging almost every muscle group of the body.
You can check the pictures of our students enjoying the benefits of zumba on World Health Day.
