The American Culture - Private Bandırma College Management Committee ensures that the decision-making hierarchy and information flow function properly in order to provide a participatory, inclusive and transparent academic environment within the school community.

The Executive Committee, authorized by the American Culture – Private Bandırma College Board of Directors, acts to provide strategic direction and leadership to all aspects of academic and administrative issues and to determine the actions to be taken accordingly. The General Manager chairs the Committee; the members of the Committee consist of all School Principals, the Director of Financial and Administrative Affairs and the Human Resources Coordinator. The Committee meets regularly throughout the year in weekly and, when necessary, extraordinary meetings.
