American Culture Private Bandırma College Primary School

  • In American Culture Colleges, there are two teachers in each primary school, one of whom is an English teacher and the other is a classroom teacher.
  • Instead of lecturing our children by saying “We will now teach you English”, English is presented as a sharing process in the natural flow of life.
  • Students who learn English not as a subject but as a language in the normal flow of life use English as a foreign language communication tool in the natural process with the class teacher and English teacher present in the classroom at the same time and develop their academic development bilingually with two teachers.
  • This program aims to develop students’ English language skills at an early age in natural learning environments, and in addition to language, students gain social, emotional, cognitive and physical gains. Keeping cultural diversity alive in schools and ensuring that children have this richness is an important factor in the success of English language education and teaching.
  • The values education that begins to be imparted at an early age in our primary school forms the basis of the attitudes and skills that the student will have throughout his/her life.
  • Social responsibility projects planned and carried out by each age group throughout the year aim to instill sensitivity, empathy, and values in students towards the environment and living things, and to raise qualified individuals.
  •
  • Our goal at the American Culture College is to raise students who are curious, inquisitive, and able to ask “why.”
  • We explore everything our students are curious about in their classes and branch courses, and learn new things every day. While learning, we have fun, try, discover, listen and think.
  • We know that every student has a different learning situation, and we use different teaching techniques based on the fact that learning is as unique to each individual as a fingerprint.
  • Students whose thinking skills develop learn science and mathematics while having fun with GEMS studies.

Science

“Science and Technology” come at the forefront of the rapid and radical change experienced today.

  • At American Culture Colleges, special emphasis is placed on “Science Education”, which will enable students to think and act according to the “Cause-Effect” relationship, starting from kindergarten until the end of secondary education.
  • Science education programs are based on the implementation of group work, individual work, and experiments in laboratories designed to appeal to multiple emotions.
