When creating menus in our school, our primary goal is for our students to have a healthy, regular and balanced diet.
With the awareness that the nutritional habits acquired in childhood are maintained throughout life, our school provides 3 meals of nutrition service, namely breakfast, lunch and afternoon, so that our students can develop correct nutritional habits.
All our national schools have their own cafeterias. Apart from meal times, we have a school cafeteria where products are available according to the MEB canteen regulation principles.
The monthly menu of healthy and delicious meals prepared in our school kitchen is determined by the nutrition committee. The committee includes the school doctor, food engineer, student representatives and school administrators. This committee determines the monthly menu by considering the daily calorie needs of the students.
All personnel working in kitchens, cafeterias and canteens undergo periodic health checks and regular hygienic checks are carried out.
