The Beginning of Discovery and Learning
SMALL GROUP:
In the three-year-old class, a bilingual program in Turkish and English is implemented at the American Culture – Private Bandırma College Kindergarten. During this period, children are supported in language development, motor skills, social interaction and basic habits. While exploring the world through play, they are introduced to language skills and basic mathematical concepts. Supporting their curiosity for learning and their ability to question, the school develops the questioning skills of three-year-old children and helps them understand the world around them.
MIDDLE GROUP: The Year of Deepening Curiosity and Interest
In the four-year-old classes, a bilingual program in Turkish and English is implemented in the American Culture – Private Bandırma College Kindergarten. In this age group, children further consolidate their language development and begin to understand basic mathematical concepts at a more complex level. Their social interactions increase, and they strengthen their skills in cooperation and emotional awareness. Thematic learning units, which allow children to further deepen their curiosity, provide the opportunity to look from different perspectives and develop their problem-solving skills.
LARGE GROUP: Time for Preparation and Leadership
In five-year-old classes, a bilingual program in Turkish and English is implemented at the American Culture – Private Bandırma College Kindergarten. Children are prepared for primary school and gain school maturity. Their basic academic skills are strengthened and their leadership and responsibility skills are supported in their social skills. Children are given an international perspective and their passion for learning is strengthened. Their abilities to take responsibility with self-confidence, to direct their own learning journey and to be sensitive individuals to their environment are supported.
