Today, social change and the development related to it have accelerated, and information and communication technologies have become a part of our lives. In particular, advances in technology have brought new problems into our lives. In order to solve these problems, we want to raise individuals who value mathematics, have developed mathematical thinking skills, can model mathematics and have problem-solving skills. Therefore, we aim to develop our students’ mathematical abilities, provide them with critical thinking skills, enable them to use technology in various fields, analyze problems and graphs, and transfer the mathematical knowledge they learn to their daily lives and different disciplines.

Our goals as the Department of Mathematics:
